What is your cancellation policy?

There is 36 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Any appointment not moved or rescheduled before that window will result in a fee of 20% of services booked. I understand that life happens, I just ask that you please respect my time and reach out to me if you need to cancel. No shows will result in 100% charge of service.
Can I bring anyone to my appointment?

Space is limited in my studio, it provides a perfect environment for me to work my magic! Please do not bring any other humans of any age with you. The only exceptions are for children under 18 who are receiving hair services and if you and a friend or family member would like to be booked together!
How do I check in for my appointment?
​
There is a directory located next to the door, find my name and select "call". I will open the door for you from there! Follow the hallway to the right and I am the first suite on the left! Please try not to arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled service as the waiting area is on the smaller side!
What if I need to reschedule?

I am happy to reschedule you to another day or time, I just ask you contact me 36 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You can also cancel and reschedule appointments via my booking platform!
Will my card that was entered be charged?
NO! The card is purely for reservation purposes and to help enforce cancellation policy. You do not need to use this card for payment. All payments can be accepted on site.
What are my payment options?
I accept all major cards and cash on site! I am also able to break your service total up into two payments if you would like! To utilize this option, you book your service as normal. Then send me a message via my booking platform or email with the amount you would like to pay before your service. You can pay any amount you wish up to 75% of your service total. This will be charged to your card on file. The remaining balance can be paid at the end of your service!
None of your service options are exactly what I am looking for. What do I do?

If the service listed isn't exactly what you are looking for that's ok! You can book the service that looks the closest to what you are wanting to have done. Reference this chart to help you choose! Bookings are arranged by timing. I review all appointment requests before confirmation and can adjust accordingly! If this is confusing, please email me!
What if I am not completely satisfied with my service?

You have made a hair investment and you should leave satisfied with it! I will be happy to make adjustments to any service. I ask that you please contact me within 7 days of initial appointment. I will make any adjustments free of charge. Anything after that window will be an additional service and will require a fee. Please note that any color corrections or looks that require multiple appointments to achieve may be excluded.
Where are you located? Is there parking?​

Braintree, Ma! And yes, a big free parking lot located right at the building. My suite is inside My Salon Suites at 252 Grove St, Braintree, Ma, 02184. I am suite 402. I will buzz you in upon arrival. To get to my suite you walk through the doors, take a right and I am around the corner on the left hand side.
How should I show up for my service?​

For new curly haircut guests please arrive with clean dry hair, minimal product, and hair that hasn't been manipulated (pulled up/back or braided). For all other services clean or dirty is fine by me!
I cannot find any open appointment times that work for my schedule, what should I do?
​
Life happens and guests have to reschedule or cancel! If you add yourself to my wait list, I can contact you with any open appointments that come up!
What if I am running late?
​
If you are running even just a few minutes late, please shoot me an email! I will do my best to accommodate you, anything over 30 minutes may affect our time! Make sure to buzz me as soon as you arrive.
